Hi, I am one of the resident hairstylist at Sunrise… I have been part of the facility since 2005!!! From the moment I got the position and still to this day, I love what I do and that is all due to the wonderful people/ patients I have been lucky to meet. The facility always clean, employees are nice but for me what I offer is love and kindness and the ability to make the ladies feel beautiful once again and the gentleman feel handsome! I wish everyone really understood how important our job is. I have made some awesome connections over these years(from people that were actually my customers in my hair salon before) connecting with many who share the story of their life, loss of children which I relate to. They tell me a lot(woman talk to their hairdresser like a Dr. and tell their deepest secrets lol) thank you Sunrise for bringing me back after Covid and giving me the pleasure of caring for so many beautiful people❤️🧑‍🚒🌻 Sharon Schwabenbauer

For the past 3 months I have visited my client there at Sunrise Rehab and have always been met with courteous employees that are very caring. Just last night while visiting, my client wanted something else for dinner and the staff nurse was very attentive and made it happen within 20 minutes. I found this to be very impressive. My client also mentioned how impressed and very pleased with the experience over the past 3 months.

I am so very pleased with the care I was given. From top to bottom the empathy and genuine care has been outstanding. I arrived on a stretcher, and I’m leaving on my 2 feet. Everyone at Sunrise has been super helpful with my dad! He had a stroke and has been at Sunrise since the end of October. The care from the nurses, aides, therapists, concierge and front desk have been nothing short of wonderful. Johnnetta Mitchell is so personable and truly cares about each patient and does her best to help in any situation. Her warm demeanor and positive attitude is what keeps us, the caregivers, going some days. Rose and Margaret are excellent at what they do and they provide dad with some of the best care I’ve seen. My family is truly blessed to have these amazing women caring for dad and we have peace knowing he’s in good hands.

Since my mother was transferred to the facility. The staff has been very welcoming. I consider myself new to being a care-giver. The staff is very helpful with all the questions I have regarding the level of care my mother needs. I have felt alone throughout this process. I am grateful for the compassion everyone has shown towards my mother and I. With great people helping you along your healing journey. It makes the process easier to conquer. Thank you all so much for having a caring and compassionate team.

My grandfather has been at this facility for around 3 months now. Initially, I wasn't too impressed with the dated interior, but I'm happy to share that they're currently undergoing renovations, and the progress is coming along great! One particular employee made a significant effort to connect with my grandfather, who can be fussy, and this meant a lot to us. While the facility boasts many caring employees, Ms. Caring Gallagher, the Clinic Coordinator, has truly gone above and beyond. She has been extensively involved throughout the process, quickly addressing concerns, providing valuable information, and genuinely caring for my grandfather's well-being. Our entire family extends a heartfelt thank you to Sunrise Health & Rehabilitation and especially to Ms. Gallagher. ❤️

Sunrise Health and Rehab Center has made some very big improvements with the new ownership & management. My mother tells me all the time about the staff and how well they treat her! Sherry the unit manager on F Wing is very helpful and always going above and beyond. Fabienne the DON was very resourceful and really knows her staff! I even met with Brandy in Human Resources and she was a great help with things as well! Overall - the staff is all wonderful here!
